Shipping & Returns


Orders are processed Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays). All items are shipped via Australia Post


For all Non-Personalised Items, orders will be shipped within 24  hours of finalising your purchase.

​Personalised items will be finalised and shipped within 3 working days of your purchase. If you require the item sooner please contact prior to purchase. It is also recommended you request Express Shipping at checkout. ​

​​Please note that International orders may be subject to customs inspections and import taxes depending on your country. 

This is normally based on items being over a certain value set by your local authority. The taxes are out of our control and we cannot pre pay these taxes. For any questions regarding taxes please contact your local customs office. 



Your order will come with tracking codes. If you have not received a verification email that your order has been shipped please ensure to check your junk/spam inbox. Please follow Australia Post's tracking website with your tracking number handy to check the status of your delivery.

Returns and Exchanges


You can return any item/s within 30 days of the purchase date. 

Personalised Item:As items are personalised no Return or Refund will be provided due to buyer error or change of mind. If error has occurred from shops end please message as soon as possible to allow us to rectify.

Please include in your email a copy of your order confirmation email along with information on what has occurred.

All goods must arrive in their original, unworn and resalable condition. In the cases that your items are returned unworn and not in the original condition a refund will not be able to be provided.

Please keep a copy of your receipt of proof of shipment for any returns back to Dotsey. We recommend using tracked postage to ensure your item arrives safe and sound.

Please note, we do not accept returns for any underwear purchases.


If you are wishing to exchange your item for another, please print out your order confirmation and write next to the item the size or product you would like in exchange. Item must be of equal or lesser value. You can return any item/s within 30 days of the purchase date.

Personalised Items cannot be exchanged.

In the event that the requested item is not available, our Customer Care team will have the amount of the item refunded back to your account.

Please ensure all items are packaged securely and will arrive back to us in their original condition.


Were change of mind occurs please note that shipping back to Dotsey will be at the costs of buyer.
